Dr. Subodh Das

Dr. Subodh Das is one of the leading Urologists and Kidney Transplant Surgeons in the state of Odisha and the eastern zone of India, with about 15 years' experience in the medical profession. He is currently Director for Transplant and Renal Sciences at AMRI Hospital in Bhubaneswar, and can also be consulted at the Gastro and Kidney Care Hospital in the IRC Village area of Bhubaneswar. He is a Visiting Consultant available on call at Apollo Hospital in the same city.

Dr. Subodh Das has performed more than 400 successful kidney transplants in Odisha and elsewhere. He helped to establish the programme for renal transplant in Odisha and was felicitated by the Governor of Odisha for his pioneering contribution. He regularly performs procedures such as lap donor nephrectomy, lap urology operations and advanced endourology surgery, apart from routine urology procedures.

In addition to holding the MBBS and MS degrees, Dr. Subodh Das is also an MCh from SGPGIMS Lucknow and a Diplomate of the National Board (DNB), New Delhi. Dr. Das also underwent a Clinical Observership in Renal Transplant and Laparoscopic and Robotic Urology at the Mayo Clinic and UCLA, USA.
